These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the merah44 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use merah44. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and are not a prohibited person.
merah44 operates under an international gaming licence. Malaysian users bear sole responsibility for determining whether accessing the platform complies with their local laws.
Each natural person may hold only one merah44 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances without prior notice.
All promotional bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Abuse of bonus terms — including syndicate play — will result in account review and potential suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your merah44 login credentials. merah44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access due to inadequate credential protection on your part.
merah44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where fraudulent activity, collusion, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
By registering an Account on merah44, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the merah44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the merah44 Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and merah44. merah44 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records at the time of registration.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to the merah44 Platform and all real-money services is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. merah44 enforces age verification as part of its KYC process, and any Account found to be held by a person below the minimum age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered Account on the merah44 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — are prohibited. merah44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void associated transactions upon discovery.
3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on merah44: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of merah44 or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been permanently self-excluded from the merah44 Platform; (d) persons accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is unlawful.
3.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent times. merah44 may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your merah44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. merah44 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify merah44 support immediately at [email protected]. merah44 will investigate the matter and take appropriate remedial action, which may include a temporary account suspension while the investigation is conducted.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your merah44 Account at any time by contacting support. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. merah44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at merah44's discretion.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the merah44 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). merah44 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
5.3 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit on merah44 is RM20 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing. merah44 targets completion of e-wallet withdrawal requests within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. merah44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for high-value transactions or where there is a change in the payment method used.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit to the Account, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case merah44 will contact the player to arrange an alternative verified method.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market on the merah44 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game or market.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. merah44 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to exploit technical errors, pricing errors, or that are placed in connection with match-fixing or other corrupt activities.
6.3 System Errors. In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or game interruption, merah44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. merah44 is not liable for losses arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Collusion and Fraud. Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the merah44 Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms. merah44 reserves the right to void all associated wagers, suspend the Account, and refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses offered by merah44 are subject to individual terms including minimum deposit requirements, game eligibility restrictions, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding promotion terms before opting in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from them — becomes eligible for withdrawal. Progress towards wagering requirements is tracked in your merah44 account dashboard.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. merah44 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of low-variance betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and the coordinated exploitation of promotional terms by groups of players. Where bonus abuse is detected, merah44 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to permanently close the account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, merah44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the merah44 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or merah44 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
merah44's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the total deposits made to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which merah44 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of merah44's licensing jurisdiction. Malaysian players acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform from outside merah44's primary jurisdiction and that local Malaysian law may apply independently to their online gaming activity.
merah44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the merah44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
